Music

Eimeo Road students are excited to participate in the many musical programs provided at the school.

• Concert Bands
  The school supports a Junior and Senior Instrumental band where students are introduced to a variety of music.  Students in these bands play a range of instruments (trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, flute, etc) that are provided by the school.  The bands are able to perform at concerts and Eisteddfods.
  
  
• Orchestra
  The school support the teaching and playing of all the strings instruments with an orchestra with an accredited string teacher who works across a number of schools.
  
  
• Steel Drum Marching Band
  The school also demonstrates percussion training through the Steel Drums.  The Steel Drums band has performed on our Anzac Days as well as school parades.  It is our premier marching band in the school and always creates an exciting sound when we march as a school.
  
  
• African Drums

• Choir
  A choir that creates a wonderful sound from the voices of all year levels has been performing and learning a range of songs at school.  Students are encouraged to participate and develop their 'ear' for music and it allows students to listen and learn from each other.
